We can arrange funding against revolving bank guarantees for terms from 2 years to 20 years for infrastructure projects in countries friendly to India.   For large national level infrastructure  projects need long term funding at beneficial costs, and if Ministries of Finance can make a direct application for funding,  central bank guarantees / commercial guarantees are not required.
